Setting up the Wyze Cam

When you open the Wyze Cam packaging, you’ll find everything you need to get started. There’s a USB cable with a wall plug, an instruction manual, and a metallic round plate with an adhesive strip (the Wyze Cam is attached to it using a magnet). Start by looking at the back of the device. You’ll notice a small yellow light that’s solid.

Connect the Wyze Cam to a power source using the supplied power cord and plug. Once connected, the yellow light will start flashing, indicating that the Wyze Cam is in setup mode. Next, download the Wyze app from your phone’s app store and install it. Open the app, register, check your email inbox, and confirm the registration.
