These Charms are not displayed in a public trophy case. They are only visible to you and the friend they apply to. That means if you unfriend or block them, the Charms will disappear as well.

How to See Your Charms

To view your Charms, open Snapchat and tap on the ‘Friends’ icon at the bottom left. Then, select one of your friends and open the menu. From there, choose ‘View Friendship’ to access your Friendship Profile.

Scroll down to the bottom of the profile, and you’ll find a list of the charms you and your friend have earned. If you tap on each charm, it will reveal the reason you received it. To hide the Charm, simply swipe down or tap outside of it.

How to Conceal Charms

So, let’s say you’re not a fan of one of the charms you’ve earned. No worries, it’s actually quite simple to get rid of them. And the best part? If you hide a charm, it’ll also disappear for your friend. Here’s how:

Just follow the same process as before to access your Friendship Profile. Once there, tap on the charm that you want to hide. This will open up the information about it. Now, click on the three-dot option menu icon and select ‘Hide Charm’. Finally, tap on ‘Hide’. And voila – the charm is hidden!

But what if you want to hide a Birthday or Astrology Charm? Well, for that, you’ll need to toggle off the Birthday Party option in your Profile Account settings. Just be aware that you can only change your birthday settings a certain number of times, so do it wisely! And keep in mind, it may take up to an hour for the changes to take effect. So don’t panic if the charms don’t disappear right away.

How to Retrieve Hidden Charms

We all make mistakes, and sometimes we change our minds. If you accidentally hid a charm or had a change of heart, don’t worry – you can bring it back! Here’s what you need to do:

Go back to the Friendship Profile where the hidden charm was originally located. Scroll all the way down to the bottom and you’ll find a button labeled ‘Hidden’. Tap on it to see a list of all the charms that you’ve previously hidden. The most recent one will be at the top of the list.

If you want to restore a charm, simply tap on its name and then click on the ‘Restore’ button. And voila – it’s back in your life! Well, unless it expired since you hid it, of course.
