• Alternatively, you can pay for the period you desire and let the subscription run its course. Then, when you’re ready, cancel your eHarmony account. You will still enjoy full membership benefits until the subscription expires, but it won’t auto-renew.

How to Cancel Your eHarmony Subscription

When it comes to ending your eHarmony membership, they’ve made it pretty straightforward. However, the timing is crucial because if you miss the deadline, you’ll find yourself locked into another subscription period.

4. Email deletemyinfo@eharmony.com to request the deletion of your data.

It’s frustrating that you have to request the deletion of your data, but that’s how the industry works right now. It will take about ten working days for your data to be completely deleted. After that, you should be completely off the radar as far as eHarmony is concerned. If you’re just taking a break and plan to return to eHarmony in the future, you may not want to delete all your data. Otherwise, you’ll have to go through the entire sign-up process again when you come back to the service.

Use PayPal for Sign-up

While you can’t technically change how you signed up with eHarmony, you can change your payment method to use a different account. You’ve probably heard of PayPal – it’s one of the most popular online e-wallets.
