Check Out Some Awesome YouTube Challenges from July 2017!

Hey there! I’m here to share with you some of the most exciting YouTube challenges from July 2017. These challenges are incredibly popular and have taken the YouTube world by storm! So get ready to get inspired and maybe even try them out for yourself!

First up, we have the “Try Not to Laugh” challenge. In this challenge, YouTubers attempt to watch funny videos without laughing. Trust me, it’s harder than it sounds! I mean, who can resist bursting into laughter when you see hilarious cat videos or funny fails? Give it a try and challenge yourself not to laugh along!

Next on the list is the “Whisper Challenge.” This challenge involves wearing noise-canceling headphones while someone whispers a phrase to you. The catch is that you have to guess what they’re saying just by reading their lips. It’s a hilarious challenge that will have you and your friends in stitches!

Moving on, we have the “Bean Boozled Challenge.” If you’re a fan of daring dares and weird flavors, this one’s for you. The challenge is to spin a wheel, which determines what kind of jelly bean you have to eat. But here’s the twist – some of the jelly beans taste normal, while others have absolutely disgusting flavors! Will you get a juicy pear or a booger-flavored jelly bean? Give it a shot and find out!

Lastly, we have the “Not My Hands” challenge. This one requires a partner who will be your hands while you attempt to complete different tasks blindfolded. It’s a test of trust, coordination, and lots of laughter. From applying makeup to making a sandwich, this challenge will put your motor skills to the test and definitely result in some hilarious moments.

So there you have it – a few of the most entertaining YouTube challenges from July 2017. Whether you’re looking for a good laugh or want to try something new, these challenges are worth checking out. Get ready to have a blast and share your experiences with the YouTube community. Enjoy!

A Few of the Best Youtube Challenges - July 2017

When I think about YouTube challenges, the first thing that comes to mind is the infamous Cinnamon Challenge. It’s been around for almost two decades, even before YouTube itself became popular. Can you believe that? People voluntarily putting teaspoons of cinnamon in their mouths and experiencing coughing, crying, and even vomiting.

I’m bringing this up because the Cinnamon Challenge is often credited with starting the whole YouTube challenge craze. It gave us countless hours of hilarious and sometimes disgusting content. But here’s the thing, I don’t recommend trying the Cinnamon Challenge. It has serious side effects, especially for healthy individuals like you and me. I won’t go into too much detail, but trust me, it’s not worth risking your lungs over. Luckily, there are plenty of other challenges out there that are way safer and probably even more fun.

Food Challenges

Since we’re already on the topic of food-related challenges, let’s take a look at some that will definitely make you laugh and cringe without causing any harm to your body.

The Ghost Pepper Challenge

If you’re still keen on proving your bravery in the kitchen by eating something that shouldn’t be consumed by humans, then maybe this challenge is for you. It might make you cry and throw up, but at least there haven’t been any reported health issues associated with it.

  1. Find a ghost pepper, one of the hottest peppers in the world.
  2. Take a bite of the ghost pepper.
  3. Immediately regret and question your life choices.

Look at this picture, not a ghost pepper. Pretty scary, huh?

The Chubby Bunny Challenge

So, the ghost pepper was a little too intense for you, huh? Well, how about trying something a little less nauseating? The Chubby Bunny Challenge is cute, competitive, and, well, still a little gross.

  1. Put a marshmallow in your mouth.
  2. Try to say, “chubby bunny”.
  3. If you can do it, put another marshmallow in there and try again.
  4. Keep going until you can’t say, “chubby bunny” anymore.
  5. If you did this challenge with a friend, see who managed to fit the most marshmallows in their mouth.

Eat It or Wear It Challenge

If you’re really into competition and still want to eat something gross, then this might be the challenge for you. But hey, make sure you do it with a partner. Otherwise, you’ll just be eating the world’s worst dinner for everyone to see.

  1. Get a bunch of random food and put them in numbered bags. It’s even better if someone else does it for you.
  2. Pick a bag at random.
  3. Look inside and decide whether you want to eat the food or let your partner dump it on your head. Tough choice, right?
  4. Keep going until all the bags are gone. The person with the fewest items on their head is the winner.

Game Challenges

If you enjoyed that last challenge and want some more competitive ideas that don’t involve eating dog food, check out these popular YouTube games.

Say Anything Challenge

Now, this challenge may seem easy, but trust me, it’s harder than you think. You can play it in one round or make it a series of rounds with a scoreboard to keep track of your progress.

  1. Say a word. Any word that comes to mind, really.
  2. Your partner has just a second or two to say another word. It can be any word, as long as it hasn’t already been said.
  3. Go back and forth until one of you hesitates too long, says something that isn’t really a word, or repeats a word from that round. Then it’s game over.

Speed Drawing Challenge

I’ve seen this challenge done in a few ways, but the most popular version goes like this.

  1. Pick a few friends, family members, or even your YouTube subscribers to be the judges of the drawings.
  2. Agree on what to draw and set a time limit for it.
  3. Start drawing as soon as the clock starts ticking. And hey, it would be cool to have a camera on each person’s drawing page.
  4. When time’s up, compare the drawings and let the judges vote for the winner.

Look at this picture. Is it a snowman? I can’t really tell.

Silly Challenges

Maybe you’re not really into competition and just want something silly and goofy. You can make these challenges competitive if you want, or just have fun with them.

Try Not to Laugh

This game is all about challenging your funny bone. All you need to do is watch hilarious YouTube or Vine videos and try not to burst out laughing.

  1. Keep the camera focused on your face as you attempt to hold back the laughter.
  2. If you want an extra challenge, fill your mouth with water before watching. Just don’t spit it out.

Whisper Challenger

This one is like the YouTube version of the classic telephone game that you played back in 4th grade. Turns out, it’s still fun for adults too.

  1. Grab a partner for this challenge. One person puts on noise-canceling headphones or earplugs.
  2. The other person says something – it can be song lyrics, a movie quote, or just a regular sentence.
  3. The person with the headphones tries to read the speaker’s lips and repeats what they think was said.
  4. Let the hilarity ensue.

Blindfold Makeup Challenge

Okay, this one is pretty straightforward. If you don’t mind going a little crazy with makeup and getting a bit messy, then this challenge is perfect for you.

  1. Find a partner who’s up for the challenge and gather a whole bunch of makeup.
  2. Blindfold yourself and attempt to apply the makeup to your partner’s face. This should be interesting.
  3. Admire your masterpiece.
  4. Switch roles and let your partner do the same to you.

Imagine this: You, after completing this challenge. Not your ordinary challenge, mind you. I’m talking about the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, the one that took the world by storm in 2014. You see, this challenge wasn’t just any challenge; it was a charity challenge. And boy, did it make a splash!

A Chance to Make a Difference

The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge was a game changer, my friend. It not only raised awareness about ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease, but it also brought in a staggering $115 million for research. Just by going viral and capturing people’s attention, it created a ripple effect that spread far and wide.

Now, it’s true that not many other charities have hopped on the internet bandwagon like ALS did. But don’t despair, because that doesn’t mean you can’t give back to your favorite cause through a YouTube challenge of your own.
