How to Hide Apps on an Android Phone Without Rooting

So, you want to hide some of your apps on your Android phone. Well, the good news is that you don’t have to uninstall them. There’s a neat trick you can use with launchers that allows you to choose which apps appear on your home screen.

1. First, go to Google Play and search for launchers.
2. Find a launcher that you like and has good reviews. Make sure it can hide app icons.
3. Download and install the launcher, then configure it to your liking.

I personally use Apex Launcher, but there are other launchers like Nova Launcher Prime or Evie Launcher that work similarly.

To access the app, you’ll need to open App Hider and launch it from there. The app will work as usual, but you’ll need to take a few extra steps to get to it.

One important thing to keep in mind when using hider apps is to choose one that allows you to hide the hider itself. This is especially crucial if you’re trying to keep your apps a secret. After all, there’s no point in being clever if you leave App Hider on your home screen for everyone to see.
